1. About us

Sugarplum.style is a trading name of Ethereal 7 Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16121004. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Email: info@vellaria.co.uk. Phone: +44 7347 513993. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ethereal 7 Ltd.

These terms apply when you use sugarplum.style or buy from us. Please read them with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Using our site

You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. You must not use the site for anything unlawful, to send spam or malicious code, or to interfere with how the site works.

3. Our products

We sell genuine branded cosmetics, fashion jewellery, accessories and clothing. We try to show products accurately, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Our jewellery is fashion jewellery and is not sold with any health or therapeutic claims. Please check ingredient lists before using cosmetics if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

4. Orders and contract

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. Promotions, such as multi-buy discounts and discount codes, apply only as stated in the offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Delivery

Delivery charges and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Items are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to someone you have nominated. If we fail to deliver within the agreed time, or within 30 days if no time was agreed, you may have the right to cancel and receive a refund.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them, as explained in our Refund Policy. Sealed cosmetics cannot be returned for a change of mind once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

8. Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. For more information, contact Citizens Advice.

9. Our liability

If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, photos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for personal use but must not copy or reuse it without our permission. Brand names of the products we sell are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Your purchase is made directly with Ethereal 7 Ltd, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the sale.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Complaints and governing law

If you have a problem, please email info@vellaria.co.uk and we will try to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
