Delivery charges
• UK Standard: £4.99, or free on orders of £50 or more
• UK Express: £6.99
• EU Standard: £14.99
• International Standard (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, UAE, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia): £23.99
The final delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• UK Standard: 2–4 working days
• UK Express: 1–2 working days
• EU: 5–10 working days
• International: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us and we will help.
Where we deliver
We deliver to the United Kingdom, all EU member states and the international countries listed above. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot currently deliver there.
Customs, duties and taxes
UK orders have no extra charges. For orders delivered outside the UK, import duties, taxes or handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are payable by the recipient.
Tracking and delivery problems
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including tracking where available. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email info@vellaria.co.uk with your order number. Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
